🧠Your intuition is more powerful than you think
(listen to it)
The fastest way to attract what’s meant for you is to see how passionate, weird, and hilarious you can get without stressing about what people think.

THREE mindsets to help you reflect, rebel, and reinvent…
1. Do you believe in past lives?
I was reading a study out of the University of Virginia School of Medicine that documented more than 2,500 cases of young children who spontaneously recalled what they described as previous lives - specific names, locations, causes of death, and family details. Crazy stuff (I talk about this in episode 752).
What’s interesting is that those children often recalled their memories between ages two and five, only for those memories to fade by around age seven.
Whether or not you believe there are literal past lives, the pattern mirrors the human experience: we remember, then we forget.
We all carry invisible histories -instincts, fears, attractions, and emotional reflexes that feel older than we are. Call it intuition. Something in us remembers. But we tend to ignore it.
Maybe that’s why we’re drawn to places or people we can’t explain. Why “I just knew” shows up in our vocabulary before evidence does. Our consciousness might be more layered than we think. Your awareness extends beyond logic, and your job isn’t to overanalyze it - it’s to listen.
So trust it sooner. Let your inner voice finish its sentence. Live this life like you’re finally listening to the wisdom you’ve carried all along.
2. A new standard
If it’s meant for you, it won’t pull you close one day and push you away the next.
A secret to happiness is to make yourself unavailable to be someone’s maybe when you deserve to be their certainty.
You deserve people who add peace to your world, not confusion to your heart.
That’s not asking for too much. That is the standard.
3. A universal life experience
In your 30s there will be an experience that totally wrecks your expectation of “how it’s supposed to go.” It’s very important you let that experience redirect you to something better.
Let it. Let that detour become an upgrade. Let them fumble you and watch yourself bloom brighter without their shade.
And then one day you’ll look back and say, “the universe had a plan for me all along.”
Some things I’m excited about…
I’m leading a FREE virtual workshop
On December 2nd, I’m teaming up with Beat Childhood Cancer for a special one-hour virtual session dedicated to Mantras of Hope - an evening of reflection, inspiration, and connection. It’s FREE and a great cause. Register here.
Try “dark showering”
I tried what Dr. Will Cole suggested this week and have really been enjoying "dark showers” - ditch the lights during showers to create a low-sensory chill vibe. It’s like turning your bathroom into a sensory deprivation tank, just with warm water.
It’s a great way to chill out after a long stressful day.  Without light, your brain gets a break from visual noise, lowering cortisol levels, and easing mental chatter.
A life cheat code
I used to downplay my passions. I’d say this “writing thing” was just a side quest - nothing serious. Everything changed for me when I decided to be wildly enthusiastic about what I’m passionate about.
Nerding out over the things you’re passionate about without worrying if it’s cool makes you 100x more magnetic. It’s basically a cheat code - when you light up and talk about your passions, people are attracted to that enthusiasm.
The more vividly and passionately you express your interests, the more your brain’s attentional networks widen, making you literally more receptive to possibilities you would’ve otherwise missed.
Your passion literally draws in opportunity - the right people, the right clients, the right doors. I wrote “That’s Bold of You” about this idea.
That’s it for today. See you next time.
