🧠How to spot people who only want validation from you
(two questions to ask yourself)
You’ll always win when you spread kindness in silence. Karma listens even when no one else does.

THREE mindsets to help you reflect, rebel, and reinvent…
1. We do not tolerate one-sided relationships
Listen to today’s podcast where I talk about avoiding one-sided relationships and people who only want your love for validation. I talk about the difference between someone who genuinely loves you vs. someone who only loves that you love them.
Do they only want validation?
Self interest vs. Selflessness

2. The best thing to do for yourself right now
The best thing you can do for yourself right now is decide that how your life feels to you is more important than how it looks to other people.
It’s to decide that you are worthy of filling your life with moments that may or may not look good on paper, they may or may not be what is expected of you… but they are undoubtedly true to you.
When you decide that, amazing things happen. You don’t stick out one-sided relationships. You don't rush because of some “supposed to be” timeline or expectation. You’re not afraid to say no. You don’t listen to people who tell you to be realistic. You choose peace and calm over rushing and people pleasing.
How your life feels to you is more important than how it feels to other people.
3. Beautiful people…
The most beautiful people I’ve met could write novels about pain, but instead choose to live poems of hope.
They treat themselves with the same compassion they offer to others. They are more committed to their own happiness than pleasing the crowd. They listen to the truth of their heart, not the shouts of the crowd.
The most beautiful people I’ve met have been hurt, but refuse to hurt others in the same way. They have faced rejection and failure, yet still bet on themselves every time.
The most beautiful people I’ve met would rather be a "hot mess of happiness" than perfect.
That’s it for today. Until Thursday.
