🧠Life is done testing you...
and is about to reward you
The most powerful thing you can do is say "I'm grateful for how this all worked out" while you’re still in the middle of it.
You can rewire your brain to attract the life you want
Last week I was in San Diego teaching 200+ real estate agents and industry experts the power of word choice and language. This was such an energizing session. What is the cognitive difference between using “and” vs. “but?” “When” vs. “If?” Should you visualize in the future tense or is there a better way? I’m on a mission to teach the language of optimism to as many people, communities, and companies as possible. If you want to explore booking me to teach a session or lead a keynote, check out this page.
THREE mindsets to help you reflect, rebel, and reinvent…
1. Life is done testing you and is about to reward you…
Here’s why.
Life can change for the better overnight. The same life that felt empty yesterday can overflow tomorrow.
Life rarely moves in straight lines. Sometimes it goes quiet for a while… and then arrives with everything you prayed for.
Nothing, nothing, nothing…. then everything all at once.
Researchers who study change note that growth usually happens in nonlinear and compounding ways. At first, momentum is invisible. Months or even years can pass with little obvious movement. Then one small breakthrough creates a cascade. A single opportunity opens the door to many. One relationship leads to a chain of new connections. One good choice spills over into better health, more energy, greater clarity.
That’s why life can feel stagnant for so long and then flip into abundance in what feels like an instant. The system needed one positive shock to begin spiraling upward.
Don’t abandon the garden right before it blooms. Life is about to reward you because you kept planting seeds. Even when the soil looked empty.
Stay optimistic. Your “everything all at once” season is coming.
2. You should speak like it’s all working out in your favor
… and neuroscience proves it.
The secret to speaking your future into existence isn't a declaration. It's two words and a question mark. "Will I?"
Most people try to speak their future into existence with declarations. "I will be successful." "I will find my person." "I will be happy.” Your brain hears “I will” and it just files it away. Research shows external commands are the weakest form of motivation. They trigger the part of your brain responsible for daydreaming, not doing.
But your brain can't leave a question like "will I?" unanswered. So it builds a case for you. Reminding you of your effort. Hyping you up. Encouraging audacity.
It sounds counterintuitive but the research is clear.
You: “Will I be successful?"
Your brain: “Yes. Here's every reason why. Here's how all your effort is adding up.” Now your brain is obsessed with proving it.
Will I?" produces intrinsic motivation, and research shows it's the strongest predictor of success. Answer "Will I?" with yes and your brain will find proof everywhere.
Why are you going to get everything you want? Because you decided you would.

3. Reminder about who YOU are
You’re going to get everything you want in life because you’re a kind soul, but you also keep a bit of attitude tucked away for flavor. You lead with love, but you’re still full of fire.
Some things I’m excited about…
See you in Austin!
Who am I seeing in Austin on Sunday? I’ll be speaking at the Fairmont Hotel alongside Dr. Laurie Santos on optimism and happiness. Here is the FREE RSVP link.
If you’re in Auston on Tuesday, my featured SXSW keynote is at 10am CST! I’d love to see you there.
Reminder…
10/10 recommend being completely delusional about what you want in life until it becomes your reality.
