🧠 Life is about to get ridiculously good...

(because you stayed delusional)

Reminder: If you want it, there is already a version of you who has it.

» I’d love to see you in Sedona in June at Mii amo. Mii amo is the first and only Forbes five star wellness resort in North America. It is absolutely stunning.

I'm so excited to be leading a special "Clear Path to Optimism" teaching series there June 7-11. If you're interested in learning more about coming to Mii amo, click here.

» I’m on the road this month in Chicago, San Francisco, Miami, and Montreal teaching “the language of optimism.” If you’re interested in booking me for a corporate/community keynote session, I’d love to chat! Visit this page.

THREE mindsets to help you reflect, rebel, and reinvent…

1. Turn your dreams into reality by changing your language

I’ve always found it peculiar how we use the word dream. We ask, “What’s your dream life?” or “dream partner?” It sounds aspirational, but a dream by definition, lives somewhere else. It’s distant and optional. Language like this has consequences. Words don’t just describe reality, they create it.

Cognitive science suggests the mind is an active constructor of meaning. Language organizes attention, expectation, and ultimately your effort. When you label something a dream, your brain files it under someday. But when you say, “I’m working toward this,” you shift it into motion.

This distinction matters. Research like the endowed progress effect shows we’re more motivated when something feels already underway. The brain responds to perceived progress, not just actual progress. Similarly, predictive processing theory suggests the brain is constantly anticipating outcomes. When something feels active, the brain allocates attention and energy to support it.

Language also shapes identity. When you say, “I’m becoming someone who does this,” the goal integrates into who you are. Identity drives behavior more than intention does.

Saying, “I’m building this,” removes that distance. It tells your brain that this thing is likely to happen. It’s happening. It’s not “some day.” It’s today.

Speak about what you want as something already in motion. The moment you do, you’re no longer waiting for your life to begin.

2. The law of attraction is real.

Attracting the life you want isn't about what you believe, it's about what you say out loud.

Research shows: when you say something out loud, your brain starts scanning for it everywhere - what was invisible becomes obvious.

Speak success out loud and your brain starts spotting opportunity in every room.

Speak love out loud and your brain starts noticing the person already noticing you.

Research also shows that the more words you have for something, the more instances of it your brain can actually detect in the world around you.

”Im the kind of person who lives a joyful life filled with first class upgrades, ocean swims, stunning views, big deposits, amazing friends, and everything working out in my favor.”

Your words are an address. Give yourself somewhere beautiful to go.

3. Did you make the right decision?

If you’re wondering if you made the right decision, read this.

You made the right decision because you weren't happy. And you kept trying to be. And you just couldn't. That's the whole answer actually.

Sometimes the right decision hurts your heart, but saves your future.

You made the right decision because staying would’ve cost you more.

  • You made the right decision when you let go of someone you still loved because holding on was destroying the love you had for yourself.

  • You made the right decision when you left the table because you were the only one bringing anything to it.

  • You made the right decision when you prioritized your happiness for the first time in a long time.

You’re going to be so glad you made this choice. Everything gets better from here.

Some things I’m excited about…

I wrote this for you…

If life’s felt heavy for too many days in a row… this is for you.

You are not too late for the life that is meant for you.

It’s ok to be exhausted and still believe something good is lining up.

Life doesn’t close this many doors unless it’s trying to redirect you somewhere specific. Somewhere rewarding.

You don’t go through this much without something shifting in your favor.

Good things are still on their way to you, no matter what this moment looks like.

Life has not run out of ways to bless you.

A mantra

“My mission in life is to be delusional today and proven right tomorrow.”

See you soon?

This year I’m focused on doing MORE in-person events, speaking, and workshops. Optimism is amplified in community. If you’re interested in exploring one of my “language of optimism” sessions for your company or community, visit this page.

That’s it for today. See you next time.
