🧠 How to EXPAND your life

... plus my FREE virtual event

mindfulness for rule breakers, free spirits, & inner peace enthusiasts

I’d love to see you next week for my FREE virtual event on August 20th. I’ll be joined by my friends Yung Pueblo and Jillian Turecki for an evening of teachings around how to build a life you love so love can find you there.

If you’ve ever felt like you were too much, been told to lower your standards, or stayed when your heart was begging you to walk away, “More Life, More Love” is for you.

It’s free. Grab your ticket here.

THREE mindsets to help you reflect, rebel, and reinvent…

1. How to expand your life

Expansion is intentionally creating room for new people, experiences, and perspectives. One simple way to do this? Stop living by the rules your younger self wrote. Revisit the things you swore off years ago.

What are you things you said “that’s not for me” when you were 25? What are the things you said “that’s for other people?” Re-open those doors.

Most of us decide by 25 or 30 what we like, where we’ll go, what we’ll do for fun… and then we stop updating the list. It’s like making a playlist of 20 songs and refusing to add to it for a decade. Familiarity isn’t fulfillment. The biggest upgrades to your life might be in the things you once dismissed.

Why this works: your brain thrives on novelty. New experiences trigger dopamine, making you more present, creative, and adaptable. You don’t need to move across the world - you can get that boost from trying the food you always avoided or picking up a hobby you quit years ago. You’re not the same person who passed on it the first time… you’ve grown, gained patience, and can appreciate things differently.

Say “why not” instead of “why” a little more often. Accept an invite you’d normally decline. Try something that’s “not your thing.” These small yeses compound into a life that feels fuller and less predictable, in the best way.

2. Tired of being tired?

This is for anyone who wakes up already feeling exhausted…

For anyone whose soul is running on empty, like you can’t remember the last time you felt at peace… For anyone who’s sick of “waiting for the light at the end of the tunnel” because the tunnel’s starting to feel like home…

Please don’t believe the voice that says this is all there is. Life has a way of changing slowly, then all at once. Literally overnight.

I’ve seen it firsthand. Sometimes it’s one phone call. One yes. One wild coincidence. One piece of news. One introduction that opens a door.

You can’t dim someone who learned to shine in the dark. And if you’ve carried your own light this far, it’s because something beautiful is waiting just around the corner.

Everything flips before you even realize it’s happening. Love and light find you. The mess becomes magic.

The plot twist is coming. Life really can change overnight.

3. SIX beautiful realizations

I hope you give yourself credit for the progress you’ve made in life.

  • I still have far to go, but I’ve overcome every single thing that tried to break me… and that’s a beautiful thing to realize.

  • I don’t know exactly where I’m going but I know I’ll end up where I belong… and that’s a beautiful thing to realize.

  • I used to lose myself trying to keep the peace around me, now I keep the peace within me… and that’s a beautiful thing to realize.

  • I used to measure progress by how far I had to go, now I celebrate how far I’ve come… and that’s a beautiful thing to realize.

  • I used to try to be chill, now I’m wildly passionate and totally free… and that’s a beautiful thing to realize.

  • I used to wait for people to change, now I just change direction… and that’s a beautiful thing to realize.

That’s it for today. See you on August 20th for “More Life, More Love.”
