🧠The four types of single people
(and mindsets for each)
Here’s your mantra for the week: “You don't have to worry about me, I'm too busy making my own sunshine to worry about anyone else’s opinion.”
Here are three mindsets to help you make your own sunshine.

THREE mindsets to help you reflect, rebel, and reinvent…
1. The four types of single people
Listen to today’s podcast where I talk about the four types of single people and their mindsets. Are you chasing or attracting? Are you creating your own happiness in life or waiting for someone to give it to you? Are you dating with purpose and intentionality or just floating without direction?

The Cynical Non-Dater

2. What I regret…
I don’t know about you, but I don't want to look back 20 years from now and realize I had everything I needed to be happy BUT I didn't claim it because I was so focused on MORE.
So here’s what I've decided. If my idea of happiness is always "one more thing," I’ll end up inevitably owning everything except my happiness. I refuse to look back and realize I had a winning lottery ticket, happiness, in my hand, but I didn’t notice because I was too busy buying more tickets.
Lfe allows for duality. In the same way you can be a beautiful AND talented person, or quiet AND confident, or goofy AND deep, the same applies with happiness. You can be an ambitious person, a "I want to see every corner of the world" person AND you can still say, "right now I have everything I need to be happy"
Eagerness and presence can coexist. So be eager, but also… go eat some fruit, go for a walk without headphones, talk to a stranger, light a candle.
Happiness isn’t somewhere we arrive to, it’s the music we're meant to dance to along the way. There is joy hidden in plain sight and we don't need to for tomorrow to see it.
3. You deserve to be happy
People who have been hurt, but refuse to hurt others in the same way, deserve to be happy.
People who have had their kindness mistaken for weakness, but continue to be kind, deserve to be happy.
People who have felt alone, but go out of their way to make others feel included, deserve to be happy.
People who have been heartbroken, but still love with an open and full heart, deserve to be happy.
People who have suffered in silence, but are always eager to listen and empathize with others, deserve to be happy.
People who never lose their gentleness, no matter how often life has been unkind to them, deserve to be happy.
People who have carried heavy loads, but never hesitate to help ease someone else's burden, deserve to be happy.
People who have faced sadness, but choose to bring love and joy to others, deserve to be happy.
That’s it for today. Until Thursday,
