🧠This is why you should have faith in yourself
(you didn't get this far on accident)
Choosing to be unrushed is choosing to be rich in what truly matters - time. True wealth is time spent not racing, but embracing.
Here are three mindsets to help you move at your own pace and have faith in the process.

THREE mindsets to help you reflect, rebel, and reinvent…
1. Being unrushed is true wealth
Listen to today’s podcast where I talk about the power of intentional slowness in life. I talk about why we should measure wealth by our ability to be unrushed.
Rich in money, but not time
What’s the point of success?
Being unrushed is power

2. You are not someone’s backup plan
You’re not an option. You’re not on hold. You’re not on the back burner. You’re not up next.
If someone tells you they're not ready for a relationship… believe them.
For every one person who says I’m NOT looking for a relationship… there’s someone who IS.
Between those two options... where do you think your time and energy is best spent?
We know what this looks like to be strung along - they only plan a date when you ask them to. They talk about future plans but never act on them. They tease the idea of commitment or a relationship but they never take action to make it happen. You’re just perpetually in a state of limbo. They're cool with giving you 50% because you’re cool with accepting 50%.
THAT is what you’re accepting when you’re ok with sticking it out with someone who treats you like a backup plan. Think about your previous partners and how those relationships came and went. Think about all the things you’ve healed from or overcome in your life.
You’re telling me that you’ve experienced all that - you’ve grown, you've healed, you’ve found your place, your confidence, your inner peace… and now you’re going to be OK with being someone’s backup plan?
You deserve so much more than being strung along by someone. You deserve so much more than needing to change someone. Of course, take time to challenge your feelings because it could very well be your insecurities that are making you feel this way. Take time to communicate - maybe they’ve been holding back because they misinterpreted YOUR intentions.
But once you've done that if you feel they have 100% to give but they're only willing to give you 50%... that’s all you need to know. If you’re their backup plan, leave as their backup plan.
3. Have faith in yourself
How many times have you been knocked down but still go back up? How many silent battles have you fought and won on your own? How many times have you reinvented yourself from the ashes of your old life? How many times have you been told you can’t, only to prove you can? How many times have you chosen to be your own healer instead of spreading the pain?
If you need a reminder of why you should have faith in yourself, look no further than your past. You didn’t overcome those things on accident. Have faith.
That’s it for today. Until Thursday.
