🧠 Are they rare?

or just unavailable on purpose?

mindfulness for rule breakers, free spirits, & inner peace enthusiasts

If you’re in NYC on Wednesday, I’d love to see you at an event I’m co-hosting with NYT Best-Selling author Jillian Turecki. We’ll be having a live conversation at the iconic 92nd Street Y talking about the love YOU deserve. You can get tickets here.

THREE mindsets to help you reflect, rebel, and reinvent…

1. Are they rare? Or just unavailable on purpose?

In today’s episode of the podcast, I talk about why we have to recognize that some people make themselves appear valuable not by actually having substance, but by withholding access.

  • What SHOULDN’T we be attracted to?

  • Why are we attracted to scarcity?

  • Withholding effort vs. reciprocating effort

  • Attraction should NEVER be a test

2. Love is noticing

An underrated green flag is when someone notices you’re stressed and quietly handles the small things to lighten your load.

Because love is noticing. Noticing when your energy shifts, noticing when you’re barely holding it together, noticing… because they want you to have one less thing to worry about.

Not with the expectation of praise… just selfless, quiet love.

That’s not you being high maintenance. That is what you deserve.

3. Masculinity?

The word “masculine” is so over-used and misused that we’ve lost sight of its meaning. So, I wrote the following 8 quotes. What do you think? Labels are labels and words are just words. We need to look at behaviors.

  • The most masculine men create stability, not chaos, in the lives of those they love.

  • The most masculine men don’t complicate things, they say what they mean and mean what they say.

  • The most masculine men don’t love to control, they love to empower.

  • The most masculine men don’t need to prove it.

  • The most masculine men create clarity through their actions, not confusion through their words.

  • The most masculine men handle problems directly instead of letting resentment build.

  • The most masculine men communicate with full transparency, so no one is left guessing where they stand.

  • The most masculine men don’t need constant external validation because they already respect themselves.

That’s it for today. Until next week.
